We are based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and serve clients nationwide. The $150 travel fee applies to events outside Collin County. For events outside DFW or out of state, the client also pays our flights and hotel at cost. Choose the location in the quote calculator and we send exact travel costs with your final quote.

Usually yes. We specialize in live engraving and do not keep inventory, so clients supply the items. If you need blanks sourced, say so in your request and we will quote it.

Plan on roughly 15 to 25 guests an hour for names and simple designs, depending on the design. That is why we recommend 3 to 4 hours for 50 to 100 guests and 5 hours for 100 to 150. Bigger crowds mean more hours or a second engraver, which we scope in your quote.

$275 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. Events with 50 to 100 guests have a 3 hour minimum. Events outside Collin County add a $150 travel fee. The calculator on the Live events tab does the math as you type.

Invoicing and payment are handled through Square, outside this app. For live events, a 50% deposit books the event and locks in your date, and the balance is due upon completion of the event. After we review and confirm your request, Square sends your invoice to the email or phone number you gave us. This app never asks for card details.

Any single engraving, at events or on personal items, can be up to 5 inches by 5 inches. Photo engraving is done on our aluminum keychain cards and pet tags. Metal business cards are 3.5 by 2 inches.

Use the original photo from your phone or camera, not a screenshot. Most phone photos work great. We remove the background by hand and engrave only the subject, then send a proof for approval.

Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) engrave the cleanest. PNG and JPG logos work too, and we convert them for the laser. Business cards you build in our designer need no conversion. If you already have a finished card design, converting it to a laser-friendly metal card is a $50 one-time service, charged only if our artist accepts the conversion.

Common items have a fixed starting price you see in the app before you send anything: tumblers and drinkware $40, wallets and leather $30, jewelry and knives $45, wood pieces and cutting boards $25, keychains and pet tags $25. Those prices are for names, dates or initials. Logos, detailed designs and unusual materials are quoted by our laser artist, and the final price depends on material, design complexity, pickup location and processing time. Texas sales tax is added to the final quote.

Pickup and delivery of your item is free within Collin County. Outside Collin County it is $25 for pickup and delivery. You can also drop your item off at no charge.

Quotes and estimates add Texas sales tax, 8.25% for Princeton. For events the rate depends on the city where we engrave, so we confirm it in your final quote. Tax-exempt organizations can mark that in the calculator and we will ask for your exemption certificate.

Open My Requests and enter your reference code, or sign in to see all your requests. It shows each step from received to done, and you can reorder anything you have booked before.

Tap Order Pickup in the app, choose your event, and enter the code the event team gave you to see when your piece is ready. If you gave an email or phone number at the booth, we also alert you when it is ready.

You get a reference code and a summary to send us. We review your photo or design, confirm the price and date, and reach you the way you picked. You can send a request any time of day, and we reply within 1 business day, usually sooner.
